Law360, New York (February 21, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appellate court has upheld a lower court ruling that granted summary judgment to digital products manufacturer ARM Holdings Plc in a patent infringement dispute over Java accelerator hardware.
A three-judge panel from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed the district court’s award of summary judgment of noninfringement on Thursday, despite patent owner Nazomi Communications Inc.’s arguments that the lower court’s claim construction was incorrect.
