Employees Say West Penn Denied Meal Breaks

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 3:59 PM EDT) -- West Penn Allegheny Health System was hit with a putative collective action in Pennsylvania federal court on Friday claiming to cover more than 13,000 employees the suit alleges were forced to work through meal breaks without pay.
