High Court Won't Hear Duke Lacrosse Players' Appeal

Law360, Los Angeles (October 07, 2013, 10:37 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear an appeal by three Duke University lacrosse players indicted in an infamous 2006 rape case who sought to overturn a lower court's ruling that they can't pursue federal civil rights claims against two Durham, N.C., police officers who investigated the case.
