Fla. Co. Asks For Insurance Defense In Wrongful Death Suit

Law360, Miami (October 08, 2013, 8:53 PM ET) -- A Florida general contractor on Tuesday argued before an Eleventh Circuit panel that a district court prematurely classified a subcontractor's worker as a “statutory employee,” which cost the contractor defense coverage by Amerisure Insurance Co. in a suit over the worker's death on the job.
