Ogletree Abbott Says FindLaw Botched Web Redesign

Law360, Houston (October 08, 2013, 3:55 PM ET) -- Personal injury firm Ogletree Abbott Clay & Reed LLP sued Thomson Reuters Corp. online marketing subsidiary FindLaw Inc. in Texas court Monday, alleging FindLaw violated the companies' website marketing agreement, resulting in client losses and exposure to millions in liability for the firm.

The firm says it’s paying FindLaw more than $11,000 per month to optimize and market its websites, but has received low-quality service resulting in fewer online referrals.
