Microsoft Says CBP Suit Should Proceed Amid Shutdown

Law360, New York (October 08, 2013, 4:39 PM ET) -- Microsoft Corp. on Tuesday urged a D.C. federal judge to allow its case against the U.S. government for allegedly allowing imports of Motorola Inc. mobile devices that infringe on its patents to continue despite the government's request to stay the proceedings in light of the recent lapse in federal appropriations.
