NJ Panel Looks To Boost Handling Of Business Litigation

Law360, New York (October 08, 2013, 5:20 PM ET) -- A New Jersey panel of attorneys, lawmakers, judges and other stakeholders will review case management practices for commercial litigation in the state and recommend ways to make the process more efficient, state Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner announced Tuesday.
