Lockheed, US Spar Over Expert Discovery In Cleanup Row

Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. on Tuesday struck back against the United States in a fight over expert discovery in an environmental cleanup case, saying a U.S. Department of Justice accountant must produce the cost documentation upon which his allegations against Lockheed are based.
