Bankrupt IPC's $25.4M Sale To Universal Protection Approved

Law360, Wilmington (October 09, 2013, 7:22 PM ET) --  A Delaware bankruptcy gave the green light Wednesday to the $25.4 million sale of mall security firm IPC International Corp. to stalking horse bidder Universal Protection Service LLC after a competitive auction that saw the initial bid grow by nearly 20 percent.
