Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 2:05 PM ET) -- Farney Daniels PC on Tuesday told a Nebraska federal judge the state attorney general should not be allowed to stop the firm from sending infringement notices on behalf of a patent licensing company, citing the court's recent ruling that such a ban violated another patent owner's rights.
