Retailer Group Opposes FDA Restrictions On Menthol Cigs

Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 2:02 PM EDT) -- The National Association of Tobacco Outlets Inc. on Wednesday told the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that establishing additional restrictions on the retail sale of menthol cigarettes is unnecessary because retailers can be trusted not to sell tobacco products to underage youth.
