Miss. AG Hits Back In CAFA Supreme Court Cartel Fight

Law360, New York (October 09, 2013, 7:17 PM ET) -- Mississippi's attorney general fought back last week at a bid by several electronics companies to convince the U.S. Supreme Court to apply the Class Action Fairness Act to suits brought by states, saying that "every step" of the companies' argument was flawed.
