AT&T Objects To Terms Of Bankrupt Partner's $105M Sale

Law360, New York (October 09, 2013, 4:28 PM ET) -- AT&T Services Inc. told a New York bankruptcy judge Wednesday not to approve Quality One Wireless LLC's $105.3 million stalking horse bid for Personal Communications Devices LLC, saying it unlawfully terminates liability from the bankrupt company's contracts with AT&T.
