US Tosses Last Of Chinese-Owned Co.'s Wind Farm Suit

Law360, New York (October 10, 2013, 2:05 PM ET) -- A D.C. federal judge on Wednesday tossed the remainder of a Chinese-owned company's suit alleging that a presidential order improperly nixed its acquisition of four Oregon wind farms, finding that the company should have known the risks of the deal and wasn't denied due process.
