Apple Faces Infringement Suit Over TV Streaming Patent

Law360, Los Angeles (October 10, 2013, 4:45 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. has infringed an Aylus Networks Inc. patent for wireless video streaming in its Apple TV networking capabilities, the Massachusetts-based video technology company alleged in a complaint filed Wednesday in California federal court.

Aylus owns the patent for technology that allows users to manipulate and stream videos from the Internet and display them on a TV screen, the company said in its complaint.
