Fox News Host Claims Radio Co. Breached Contract

Law360, Los Angeles (October 10, 2013, 3:44 PM ET) -- Fox News political analyst Andrea Tantaros on Thursday sued radio corporation Talk Radio Network Inc. in New Jersey federal court for breach of contract, claiming TRN made numerous misrepresentations when she signed a contract last year to host a morning talk show that ultimately resulted in lost revenue and damage to her reputation.
