Property Owner Sues For Cut Of $175M Wells Fargo Deal

Law360, New York (October 10, 2013, 5:14 PM ET) -- A Baltimore property owner, who claims he was stiffed in a $175 million settlement between Wells Fargo Bank NA and the federal government for the bank's alleged discrimination of minority borrowers during the housing boom, urged a federal judge on Wednesday to give him a $3 million cut.
