NY Fed Hit With Wrongful Firing Suit Over Goldman Probe

Law360, Los Angeles (October 10, 2013, 8:03 PM ET) -- A former senior bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York hit the bank with a wrongful termination lawsuit in New York federal court on Thursday for allegedly obstructing her attempts to examine and report on Goldman Sachs Group Inc.'s conflict of interest practices.
