Fla. AG Opinion Ups Competition For Town Police Contracts

Law360, Miami (October 11, 2013, 7:31 PM EDT) -- A legal opinion released this week by Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi could alter the way municipalities across the state provide police services, giving them greater freedom to choose their providers by clearing a path for municipalities to enter into contracts with their neighbors.
