SEIU Draws Blood In Nursing Homes' RICO Suit

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 6:04 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday weakened racketeering claims brought by a pair of nursing home companies accusing two Service Employees International Union groups of engaging in “economic terrorism” to win employment concessions, but said the companies can revive their allegations if they have more specifics.
