3rd Circ., Pa. Federal Courts To Stay Open During Shutdown

Law360, Philadelphia (October 11, 2013, 5:19 PM ET) -- Judges and court staff across Pennsylvania’s federal and in the Third Circuit will continue manning their posts as usual next week even as the shutdown of the U.S. government is expected to cause funds for the judiciary to run dry this Thursday.
