Muslim Profiling Behind NJ Law Didn't Happen: NYC Atty

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 7:40 PM ET) -- The police surveillance program that became the basis for a recently passed New Jersey law forbidding out-of-state law enforcement agencies from secretly conducting investigations never existed, according to a New York City attorney who recently said in New York federal court that allegations of Muslim profiling are completely baseless.
