NY Casino Referendum Fight Is Too Late, Elections Heads Say

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 5:23 PM ET) -- The co-chairmen of the New York State Board of Elections fought back Friday against a New York City-based attorney’s suit over the wording of what he claims is a rosily written state referendum on potential casinos in the state, saying his suit is too late.
