USPTO Asked To Review 'Troll's' Data Patents

Law360, Los Angeles (October 11, 2013, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Rackspace Hosting Inc., which has taken an aggressive stance against so-called patent trolls, on Thursday filed petitions seeking inter partes review by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office of three data transmission patents that PersonalWeb Technologies has asserted in suits against Rackspace and others over the past year.
