P&G Says Unilever Flouted Pact In Shampoo Patent Spat

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 5:22 PM EDT) -- The Procter & Gamble Co. accused Unilever of ripping off three patents covering its dandruff shampoo formula, and of breaking an agreement the two firms had in place to settle patent claims before proceeding to litigation, according to documents filed in Ohio federal court Thursday.
