Philly Businessman Seeks Leniency Over Investment Fraud

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia businessman convicted of teaming up with a New Jersey attorney on investment schemes that bankrolled a Sean "Diddy" Combs performance asked a New York federal court Friday for a sentence below the applicable guidelines based on his community work and other factors.
