NJ High Court Grants Direct Cert. In Marriage Equality Case

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 7:46 PM ET) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey on Friday agreed to fast-track the Gov. Chris Christie administration appeal of an order to legalize same-sex marriage within weeks, granting the administration’s request for a final judicial opinion without the delay of an appellate review.
