Plaza Hotel Calls Citi Bike Rack An 'Eyesore' In DOT Suit

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 7:32 PM EDT) -- The condominium board at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan sued New York City's Department of Transportation and the operators of its Citi Bike rental program in state court Friday over the placement of a bike rack, calling it an “eyesore” that is causing traffic congestion.
