Ex-NFL Players Rip Extended Ban On Publicity Rights Suits

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 2:15 PM EDT) -- A group of retired National Football League players who opted out of a $42 million class action settlement of a publicity rights suit urged a Minnesota federal judge on Monday to reject a request by the settling plaintiffs and the NFL to further block separate opt-out litigation.
