First Energy Coal Ash Site Pollutes Groundwater, Suit Says

Law360, Philadelphia (October 15, 2013, 2:29 PM EDT) -- More than 50 West Virginia residents on Friday claimed in a federal law suit that First Energy Corp. is polluting their groundwater with toxins leaching from the company’s coal ash disposal site, which is slated to close in 2016.
