Texas Windstorm Insurer Says Judge Is Rushing Ike Cases

Law360, Houston (October 15, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Texas’ coastal windstorm insurer told a Texas appeals court Friday that a trial judge who is irate with the insurance pool for delaying about 40 cases involving Hurricane Ike claims is forcing the litigation to trial and demanding disclosure of irrelevant and privileged records.
