Australian PM Floats Legislation To Repeal Carbon Tax

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 7:18 PM ET) -- The new Australian government is moving ahead with plans to eliminate the country's carbon tax by July 2014, releasing draft legislation Tuesday and pledging that the measure will be the Parliament's first item of business for the new session.
