Jailed Stock Options Administrator Settles Charges

Law360, New York (February 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Months after being jailed for stealing millions of dollars in shares of Wireless Facilities Inc., a former employee of the network engineering company has agreed to return the money and settle regulators' charges in connection with the theft.
