LG's Taiwain Unit Exits Cathode Ray MDL

Law360, Washington (October 15, 2013, 8:18 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday signed off on a stipulation dismissing LG Electronics Taiwan Taipei Co. Ltd. from three cases in antitrust multidistrict litigation accusing the company and an array of other electronics makers of fixing the price of cathode ray tubes.
