Mich. Says Funding State Court In Detroit Is City's Problem

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 1:24 PM ET) -- The state of Michigan on Tuesday challenged a union’s claim that it must fund the state district court in Detroit if the city can’t, claiming a bankruptcy court can’t compel the city or the state to provide alternate sources of funding.
