Raytheon In Line For $3B Missile Production Contract

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 1:48 PM ET) -- The Missile Defense Agency intends to award a $3 billion contract to Raytheon Missile Systems for full-rate production of the company's most sophisticated ballistic defense missiles for use on U.S. Navy and international ships, according to a presolicitation notice posted Tuesday.
