US Shrimp Group Secures Injunction In CIT Duty Row

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 7:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday blocked the U.S. from liquidating entries of certain Chinese shrimp imports while the court considers a challenge to the U.S. Department of Commerce's findings that a Chinese shrimp company should not face anti-dumping duties.
