British Regulators Open Forex Rigging Probe

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 9:29 PM ET) -- The U.K.'s financial enforcement agency has opened a probe into allegations of manipulation of the foreign exchange markets, agency officials confirmed Wednesday.

In a statement, the Financial Conduct Authority said it was working alongside other agencies both in the U.K. and abroad to determine whether firms were engaged in rigging the foreign exchange market.
