Four Seasons Condo Buyers Want Ruling On Contract Claims

Law360, Washington (October 16, 2013, 2:51 PM ET) -- Property investor Altenel Inc. and others allegedly misled into purchasing Four Seasons-branded condominiums asked a Florida federal judge on Tuesday to grant them summary judgment, saying their condos had wrongly been treated differently than hotel rooms in the same Miami complex, in breach of their purchase agreements.
