Comcast Urges Judge To Preserve Houston Network's Ch. 11

Law360, Houston (October 16, 2013, 5:49 PM ET) -- Affiliates of Comcast asked a Texas bankruptcy judge Tuesday to reject the Houston Astros' bid to nix an involuntary Chapter 11 the cable provider filed against Houston Regional Sports Network LP so it can withdraw from the partnership, saying the network will collapse without the ball club.
