Air Force Must Pay Telecom Co.'s Atty Fees In Contract Suit

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 4:55 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Wednesday awarded Sufi Network Services Inc. more than $723,189 in attorneys’ fees and expenses stemming from its decadelong fight with the U.S. Air Force over a breached telecommunications contract, finding the hours and rates reported by Sufi counsel Crowell & Moring LLP to be reasonable.
