Enbridge Unit Asks FERC To Review Pipeline Rate Changes

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 8:00 PM EDT) -- An Enbridge Inc. affiliate on Tuesday urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to reconsider its decision to revise the committed rates for the 500-mile Seaway crude oil pipeline, arguing that it would adversely impact the company, other committed shippers and the pipeline industry.

Tidal Energy Marketing U.S. LLC wrote a letter to the FERC expressing “profound concern” over the decision to revise the rates, which was issued on Sept. 13.
