Deal To End Shutdown Gives Federal Workers Back Pay

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 8:18 PM ET) -- A bill passed by the U.S. Senate and U.S House of Representatives late Wednesday that would reopen the federal government includes a provision granting back pay to the roughly 800,000 federal workers furloughed as a result of the shutdown.
