Sirius XM Wants Copyright Board To Handle Royalties Case

Law360, Los Angeles (October 16, 2013, 8:17 PM ET) -- Sirius XM Radio Inc. on Wednesday urged a federal court in the District of Columbia to dismiss music licensing organization SoundExchange Inc.'s lawsuit against it over at least $50 million in underpayments of digital royalties, saying the dispute should be resolved by the Copyright Royalty Board.
