Goodwin & Procter Partner Appointed Apple's Antitrust Monitor

Law360, Los Angeles (October 16, 2013, 10:27 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday appointed Michael Bromwich, a Goodwin Procter LLP partner and founder of strategic consulting firm The Bromwich Group, to monitor Apple Inc.'s compliance with court-ordered reforms of its e-book business, after finding in July that Apple had conspired with five major publishers to fix e-book prices.
