NJ Town OKs Financing For $3.7B American Dream Project

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 7:13 PM ET) -- The town of East Rutherford, where the $3.7 billion American Dream Meadowlands mall and amusement park is set to be developed, approved a resolution this week to fund up to $524 million in bonds for the project in exchange for up to $126 million from the developer paid over 30 years.
