Bette Davis Estate Dumps Suit Over Barneys Jewelry Line

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 1:10 PM ET) -- The estate of the late actress Bette Davis has agreed to dismiss its lawsuit against luxury retailer Barneys Inc., which had been accused of unlawfully using the legendary movie star's name to market a line of high-end jewelry, according to a stipulation filed Wednesday.
