Railway Exec Not Covered For Quebec Crash, State Farm Says

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 3:43 PM EDT) -- State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. sued the chairman of Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railroad Ltd. on Tuesday arguing that it does not have to cover him in litigation over a fatal July freight train crash and fire in Quebec that killed 45 people and spilled more than a million gallons of oil, saying its coverage excludes business-related damages.
