NLRB Judge Nixes Applebee's Franchisee's Arbitration Policy

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 7:35 PM ET) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge recently found that the mandatory individual arbitration policy maintained by a company that operates over 400 Applebee's restaurants ran afoul of federal labor law as the board interpreted it in its controversial D.R.
