NJ Court Revives Privacy Suit Over Public Restroom Cameras

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 5:02 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Thursday revived a consolidated invasion of privacy suit against the landlords and managers of a commercial building, ruling a jury should decide whether the plaintiffs’ privacy was violated by hidden surveillance cameras placed inside the building’s restrooms.
